Sanofi appoints new head of Human Resources

10th August 2018

After 9 years of service, Sanofi’s’ head of HR Roberto Pucci is set to retire. Joining Sanofi in 2009 as Executive VP and Head of HR, Roberto has transformed the company’s Human Resource function, and offered support when needed when the company was going through a considerable change.
CEO Dr Olivier Brandicourt said “I wish Roberto all the best in his future. He has been an excellent partner reshaping the organisation to align with the company’s evolving business ambitions and was a great coach to the team.”
Caroline Luscombe will be taking over from Mr Pucci on the 1st October 2018. Caroline has 6 years’ experience in HR previously working for companies Syngenta, GE, Medical Diagnostics and LafargeHolcim.
“Being a seasoned HR Leader, Caroline brings a tremendous amount of experience and expertise,” said Dr Brandicourt. “Caroline will drive the focus on our human capital and continue the high standards that have been set by Roberto.”
