Scottish Biomedical announces global summit appearances
Scottish Biomedical has announced its appearance at a selection of international conferences over the coming months.
The first of these will be attendance of the BIO 2009 International Convention in Atlanta, Georgia – which takes place between May 18th and 22nd – where the group will offer advice on pre-clinical drug discovery.
In addition, the second day of the event will include a welcome address by Sir Philip Cohen in the Verizon Lounge of the Georgia Dome.
The following month, Scottish Biomedical will feature as part of the SMi Global Proteins Summit between June 1st and 2nd in London at the Copthorn Tara Hotel.
Here, chief executive officer Stephen Hammond will present a speech looking at the firm’s recent developments in multi-parallel recombinant protein production technology.
Finally, the group’s head of laboratories Dr Simon MacKenzie will appear at Japan’s Sophion Ion Channel QPatch meeting at the Grand Prince Hotel in Kyoto to discuss the SBIon-Xpress system. The event takes place on July 28th.
