SecuriCare Home Delivery wins national award

18th October 2006

SecuriCare, the British home delivery service for specialist prescription dressings, has won a prestigious award for its high levels of customer service.

The company was entered into the final four of the National Customer Service Awards’ category for the pharmaceutical and healthcare sector and faced stiff competition from Novo Nordisk, Sanofi Pasteur MSD and Fresenius Kabi.

However, it was SecuriCare that was awarded the accolade, presented by BBC presenter Declan Currie, to an “absolutely thrilled” contingent from the Loudwater-based company.

SecuriCare’s customer relations manager, Loretta Bramley-Brant, said the award was the culmination of a “very successful” year for the firm.

“We are very proud that our team of caring, unsung heroes have now been publicly recognised,” she commented.

Ms Bramley-Brant added that the company’s team has been “outstanding” to work with.

The judges cited SecuriCare’s Golden Patient scheme, as well as the company Careline – offering impartial advice – as examples of quality customer service.

SecuriCare is part of the CliniMed Group, which includes companies like Welland Medical and CareFlex.
