SIGH and Caterham Surgical Supplies agree Delacroix- Chevalier distribution deal

21st October 2015

Surgical Instrument Group Holdings (SIGH) and Caterham Surgical Supplies are to distribute the Delacroix-Chevalier range of cardiothoracic instruments in the UK.

The companies have been named as the exclusive UK distributors for the highly respected instrument range, including the Rosanna forceps and new Adams Retractor for mitral valve surgery.

This marque is well known for its design and manufacturing quality, and will expand the brands' offering of hospital supply and surgical instrument products.

In recent months, SIGH has bought nine companies and talked to a number of others, with the addition of several premium product ranges.

SIGH managing director David Peddy said: "Our aim is to offer the widest portfolio of top-quality instruments and accessories, for all specialities, to hospitals. This way they do not have to scout around amongst lots of suppliers."

A full-service surgical instrument company, SIGH was founded in 1995 to consolidate a number of small companies in the instrument and instrument repair business. It has experienced substantial growth in the last two decades.ADNFCR-8000103-ID-801803751-ADNFCR
