Sirona showcases new treatment centre design concepts
Sirona has demonstrated four new treatment centre lines informed by cutting-edge design trends that will be released during 2015.
The new products will be presented at the International Dental Show in Cologne from March 10th to 14th 2015 and will help practice owners to customise the appearance and layout of their workplaces.
New offerings include the Pure Lightness line, which utilises simple white and grey shades, curved shapes and soft wood tones, as well as the Craft and Origin range, which is characterised by warm red and blue colours and a creative personality.
Meanwhile, the History and Innovation range emphasises a combination of classical elements and ultramodern designs, with the Colour and Joy line providing strong shades, striking details and sharp contrasts.
Susanne Schmidinger, head of product management for treatment centres at Sirona, said: "Design is always a statement – it makes a point about those that move within it and represents the atmosphere of the practice. If the design fits the practice, it increases the wellbeing of the practitioners and patients."
The company is well known for the quality of its design work, having earned the highly prestigious Red Dot Product Design Award for 2014 for its acclaimed inEos X5 CAD/CAM scanner.
