Solemetex acquires Sterisil

Solemetex, a dental waste compliance products producer, has announced an acquisition of Sterisil, which manufactures dental unit waterline infection control products. According to a press release from the companies, the acquisition was formed to create a leader in dental water treatment and safety.

Sterisil will increase its volume for new water line treatment and safety technologies with Solemetex. According to Solemetex Chief Executive Officer Gene Dorff, the acquisition will also emphasise the ecological implications of caring for patients in the dental practice.
