Speed Communications wins pan-European brief with Monster

Speed Communications has been appointed as electronics company Monster's sole agency partner managing brand communications across the UK, France and Germany.

The agency has been reappointed by Monster based on the success of its previous work, with the brief to cover press office activity, product launches, partnerships and campaigns, alongside social and digital strategies, reports Gorkana.

Winning the new brief following a non-competitive pitch, the appointment comes ahead of the release of Monster's ROC headphones, developed in collaboration with footballer Cristiano Ronaldo.

Monster previously worked with Speed Communications to launch its iSport Freedom headphones.

Kate Bosomworth, managing director of Speed London, said: "We have strong consumer, lifestyle and sport experience and – combined with the team's passions for music, sport and fashion – are delighted to be reappointed as their sole agency of record in the UK, France and Germany."

The agency has experience of working with a number of high-profile brands, including Grant Thornton, RAC, Adidas, Lucozade Sport, Tesco and Virgin Media.
