Sterimix Attends Medica Event in Dusseldorf

Medica is a global medicine forum taking place this week in Dusseldorf.

Medica has a firm stance that single-use equipment is able to reduce the danger of bioburden transmission, hence why the firm started off making surgical items for eye surgery more than three decades ago.

Sterimedix also has 30 years of knowledge in single use products for surgery, and has more recently branched into the aesthetic and ophthalmic markets.

Early in the new millennium, Sterimedix introduced its Silkann line of single-use flexible aesthetic cannulas and needles for cosmetic dermal filler injections to accommodate increasing demand.

Sterimedix have said that individuals are becoming more interested in products and services to aid in rehabilitation and reconstruction as capabilities improve, increasing the quality of life for patients.

At Medica, Sterimedix will have a booth where a group of product experts will be available to answer questions, look for potential for collaboration, and go through some of the most recent advances for single-use cannulas in the market.
