Stryker announces retirement of long-serving board member
Stryker has announced that its veteran board member Howard Cox will be stepping down from his role after 44 years of service.
He has notified the company that he will not be standing for re-election at the 2018 annual meeting of shareholders, due to be held on May 2nd 2018. In recognition of his contributions to the company, he will be named director emeritus following his retirement.
