SureFlap earns award recognition for products and customer service

SureFlap has announced that it has won a trio of awards for its microchip-operated range of pet products.

The firm has earned the PetQuip Product Innovation of the Year prize for its range of microchipped pet doors, with special recognition for its DualScan Microchip Cat Flap.

It also received the cat product of the year prize at the Pet Product Marketing Retailer Recommended Awards for its pet doors, as well as an International Cat Care Cat Friendly Award that recognises the impact the products can have on cat wellbeing and welfare.

Additionally, SureFlap has been selected as a finalist in the best ecommerce customer service category at the eCommerce awards, with the winner to be announced at a ceremony today (October 1st).
