26th February 2014

Text 100 UK managing director Dan Baxter is to leave to take up a post with Coca-Cola, with his successor believed to have already been lined up.

Mr Baxter is taking on Coca-Cola's group communications director role for the Eurasian and African regions, PR Week reports.

Text 100 UK are believed to be planning to install his replacement in August, with his work being undertaken by the agency's regional director for Europe, Africa and the Middle East Cecile Missildine until then.

The new appointment is believed to be an internal one from one of the firm's global offices.

Mr Baxter, who held the Text 100 post in London for three-and-a-half years, is believed to have left at the start of the year, with the agency waiting until now to reveal the news.

Before taking up his post at Text 100 in place of predecessor Kirsty Newton, Mr Baxter was a vice-president of Next Fifteen Communications Group and an associate director at Catalysis.ADNFCR-8000103-ID-801697847-ADNFCR
