The CMC calls for an immediate review of access to medical cannabis

A recent study, which was conducted by YouGov, reported that over one-point-four million UK adults may be relying on illegal street cannabis for treatment, and as a result, the Centre for medical cannabis (CMC) has now called on the UK government to review the access to cannabis medicinal products immediately.

In the CMC’s report, which published the findings, it was revealed that two hundred and eighty-one of the ten thousand, six hundred and two people who took part in the poll stated that they had used cannabis to manage their symptoms to treat medical conditions including chronic pain, anxiety and depression.
