Thornton and Ross launches online nappy rash resource
Thornton and Ross has announced the launch of a new online resource designed to provide pharmacists and consumers with information about nappy rash.
The Metanium Baby and Toddler Club has been introduced as an accompaniment to its Metanium range of nappy rash ointment, reports Chemist and Druggist.
It allows members to access a range of data and guidance, including a booklet containing hints on how to deal with nappy rash, as well as news, promotional information and charts.
Caroline Wheeler, marketing manager for Thornton and Ross, said the launch of the service will help pharmacists to advise mothers about the condition, saying there is a "lot of potential" for them to do so.
She added: "The Metanium Baby and Toddler Club offers an additional resource for pharmacists looking to provide extra information for parents."
In August 2010, Thornton and Ross announced the acquisition of the Allens brand of consumer cough medication, including Allens Pine and Honey Balsam and Allens Original Cough Lozenge.
