Virgo Consumer Health and Wellbeing hires personal care head
Virgo Consumer Health and Wellbeing has announced the appointment of Kirsty McKinnon as its new personal care sector lead and member of its senior team.
Ms McKinnon will be leading the agency's PR programmes for clients such as Scholl, Veet, Optrex, E45, Airwick, CB12 and sk:n clinics, leveraging her more than ten years of experience across top consumer health and wellbeing brands, reports PMLiVE.
She joins the agency from MSL London, with her past work including time spent on Procter and Gamble's Prestige, Femcare and Personal Care portfolios, as well as Simple and Slendertone.
Natasha Weeks, director of Virgo Consumer Health and Wellbeing, said: "Kirsty makes an excellent addition to our expanding team, with specialists now leading three key areas – healthcare, wellness and beauty and personal care."
This comes after the agency strengthened its leadership team further with the appointment of Tom Griffiths as its new head of digital, a role that will encompass the Consumer Health and Wellbeing division's digital work.
