Virgo Health ranked 14th in UK’s Best Workplaces list

Virgo Health has been named as one of the UK's Best Workplaces in the latest report from Great Places to Work.

The agency was ranked 14th in the medium-sized business category, up from 23rd last year. This represents the seventh consecutive year in which Virgo has been included in the list.

It was shown that 92 percent of Virgo's employees feel a sense of pride when they look at what they accomplish, with a similar percentage saying they welcome the fact they are given a lot of responsibility.

Meanwhile, 95 percent of employees said they feel the people working at Virgo care about each other and 97 percent believe the company feels like a family or team.

The agency earned praise for investing in professional development, supporting a good work-life balance, organising community outreach events and offering perks such as social events and birthday celebrations.
