Watermeadow Medical earns Investors in People accreditation

Watermeadow Medical has been awarded the Investors in People accreditation, the UK's leading people management standard.

This accreditation helps organisations to improve business performance through their employees and has been presented to Watermeadow Medical in recognition of its ongoing commitment to staff development.

An independent Investors in People assessor carried out employee interviews and found the company fosters a culture in which managers and staff learn from each other and work together to create an efficient, harmonious working environment.

Watermeadow will now be eligible to use the prestigious Investors in People logo and receive all the reputational benefits this brings with it.

This comes after a successful 2013 in which the agency won a Communique award for excellence in professional education and opened a new office in Denmark.
