Waters launches 24-sample RapiFluor-MS Kit

Waters has announced the launch of a new 24-sample option for its acclaimed GlycoWorks RapiFluor-MS N-Glycan Kit.

The smaller format allows for fast and highly sensitive released N-glycan analysis for liquid chromatography and mass spectrometry workflows, processing 24 samples, or a total of eight at a time.

Users can now purchase the kit in either a 24-sample or 96-sample format, with the RapiFluor-MS labelling reagent yielding enhanced sensitivity between 100 and 1,000 times greater than current approaches.

It also supports a simple, robust protocol for routine laboratory use that incorporates the Acquity QDa mass detector.

Waters' RapiFluor-MS N-Glycan Kit has made it possible for laboratories to develop one-hour deglycosylation and labelling methods, greatly accelerating a process that previously took 24 hours or more.

The company's products are highly acclaimed, with two of its products having recently been named among the top scientific innovations of 2015 by The Analytical Scientist magazine.
