Weber Shandwick, Biosector 2 among big winners at Global SABRE Awards

1st October 2014

Weber Shandwick and Biosector 2 have been named among the winners of the 2014 Global SABRE Awards, organised annually by industry publication The Holmes Report.

The top prize of global agency of the year is being awarded to Weber Shandwick, which edged out fellow nominees Golin, Edelman, Ketchum and Ogilvy PR after enjoying double-digit growth in each of the last two years.

Demonstrating strength in its corporate, consumer, technology, public affairs and healthcare divisions, the agency also recently completed a seamless leadership transition with the appointment of new chief executive Andy Polansky.

Meanwhile, Biosector 2 was named healthcare consultancy of the year, ahead of Cohn and Wolfe, GCI Health, Makovsky, Pegasus and ReviveHealth. It achieved growth of around 25 percent last year and continues to work successfully with clients such as Novo Nordisk, Sanofi Pasteur and Novartis.

The winners will receive their prizes at the Global SABRE Awards dinner on October 29th, which takes place in Miami.ADNFCR-8000103-ID-801751998-ADNFCR
