Wildfire hired as TeamViewer’s UK agency partner

Wildfire has been hired as the UK agency partner of TeamViewer, a pioneering developer of remote control and online collaboration software.

The agency has been tasked with establishing and strengthening TeamViewer's position as a market-leading provider of solutions for online meetings and remote support in the UK, a territory in which it is keen to bolster its profile.

Founded in 2005, the German-based company has over 200 million users across more than 200 countries worldwide. Its software is currently available in more than 30 languages and has been activated on over one billion devices globally.

Wildfire was hired for this brief after demonstrating a strong understanding of TeamViewer's business and showcasing creative campaign ideas for engaging tier-one media and customers directly.

Lorraine Jenkins, director of strategy at Wildfire, said: "TeamViewer is a true European success story and we want to highlight how the business has evolved in recent years, the strength of its product and cement its place as the market leader."

The agency saw growth of 27 percent during 2015 and appointed Debby Penton as its new managing director at the end of the year.
