Woodley Equipment launches QuickVet Coagulation Analyser

Woodley Equipment Company has launched a new QuickVet Coagulation Analyser, which aims to provide vets with accurate results in minutes.

The easy-to-use diagnostic testing platform allows a practitioner to measure the clotting efficiency of an animal’s blood before it undergoes a surgical procedure after just two tests.

It is a lightweight, desktop instrument and all that is needed is a small blood sample which is placed on a disposable cartridge.

For added safety, there are two independent tests on each of these cartridges and the results are displayed on a seven-inch colour touch screen.

Woodley Equipment claims that the device delivers “fast and precise results directly in your practice”.

The equipment is also cost effective and only requires a few minutes to display the results of the blood test.

Earlier this week, Woodley Equipment released its new g-Pet Species Specific Glucometer, which is designed to make the testing process easier for vets measuring an animal’s glucose levels.
