Woolley Pau Gyro appoints creative director

16th October 2012

Woolley Pau Gyro has announced the appointment of Andy Jones as its new creative director.

Mr Jones joins the agency with strong credentials, having previously served as deputy creative director at Ogilvy Healthworld, and has been described as the "perfect candidate" for the role.

Ed Shorthose, the company's managing director, said: "He's a talented advertising creative who understands the transformative power of ideas. Like us, he is passionate about developing the people around him and he just happens to have a life science PhD."

His appointment at Woolley Pau Gyro allows agency founder Dean Woolley to delegate creative responsibilities to him, which in turn will help Mr Woolley increase his focus on client dealings.

This latest hire comes during a year of extensive transformation for the business, which began with the recruitment of Mr Shorthose earlier in 2012.

Woolley Pau Gyro also earned two silver awards, three bronze prizes and a special accolade at the IPA Best of Health Awards this year.ADNFCR-8000103-ID-801470153-ADNFCR
