24th April 2014

Zoetis has announced the promotion of Glenn David, its senior vice-president of finance operations, to the role of acting chief financial officer (CFO).

Mr David has been appointed as the successor to outgoing executive vice-president CFO Richard Passov, who will be leaving the company at the end of April, but has also agreed to provide transitional support over the coming months.

The new CFO has more than 20 years of experienced in finance and operations, including roles at Bankers Trust, Paine Webber, Credit Suisse and Zoetis' former parent company Pfizer, for whom he worked between 1999 and 2013, when Zoetis became an independent business.

He will assume responsibility for overseeing the company's financial management and global operations, effective immediately.

Juan Ramon Alaix, chief executive officer of Zoetis, said: "His deep financial experience and knowledge of the animal health business has been serving Zoetis well and I have every confidence in his ability to steward our financial operations at this time."

One of Mr David's first tasks as CFO will be to present the company's financial results for the first quarter of 2014, which are due to be made public on May 6th.ADNFCR-8000103-ID-801714858-ADNFCR
