Amy joined Zenopa in 2012 on our graduate programme after gaining a First-Class Honours degree in History from Nottingham University. She spent 7 successful years working in the Scientific Division, progressing to Principal Account Manager and Team Leader.

In 2020, Amy moved into a Team Leader role within the Engineering Division and, following her return from maternity leave in November 2022, rejoined the Scientific Division as Business Unit Manager.

Now as Head of Delivery, Amy oversees delivery excellence across Zenopa, ensuring the highest standards of service, efficiency, and candidate and client experience. She is passionate about driving operational success, fostering collaboration across teams, and maintaining a culture of trust and accountability.

Amy has also completed a CIPD Level 5 Associate Diploma in People Management, demonstrating her commitment to professional growth and supporting her team’s development.

Outside of work, Amy enjoys going to the gym, countryside walks, and eating out. She is also kept busy at home with her two young sons keeping her on her toes!
