After hitting a brick wall in her current role, Ellie was looking for something that would expand her skill set and provide her an alternative career path in an industry that she is incredibly passionate about. After contacting our Animal Health team and explaining her predicament, the team quickly got to work in helping Ellie get out of her tough spot, and soon found her role offering everything that she was looking for.

A year into her role, we contacted Ellie to find out how she was getting on and how her life has changed since she moved on…

“Since I’ve started my role, there has been so much change in my life. After working shifts for 5 years, it’s been really refreshing to work a 9-5 job. Having bought my first house with my boyfriend, I’ve been able to devote the time to my home as well as my dog which is really important to me. The whole recruitment process was incredibly easy and smooth. It was really difficult for me to have phone conversations in my previous role which the team at Zenopa completely understood and they were more than happy to contact me via email instead. I was kept in the loop at every stage of the process and was given incredible support when it came to negotiating. Since moving, I’ve benefited from a better salary and other things including, private healthcare, eye tests and activities and events at work to improve the team’s wellbeing, which I was never offered in my previous role. I had a couple of catch up calls with the team once I started my new job, and I even received a birthday card from them which was a nice touch.
