Waving the Chequered Flag on this years’ Communique Awards
It was promised to be a night of celebration, and it didn’t disappoint. This year’s Communique Awards was a night of celebration.
Taking place at the Grosvenor Hotel on Park Lane, the night started with a lot of anticipation from nominees.
After some pre dinner drinks, we were greeted with the familiar voice of Alan Dedicoat, National Lottery and Strictly Come Dancing announcer who has become a bit of a regular at these events. Dinner was served and then it was to the awards, where this year’s presenter was none other than Strictly’s own Tess Daly, who did a sterling job in moving the awards along in an orderly fashion.
Then it was down to the entertainment for the evening. The simulated racing cars where proven to be very popular as an after dinner activity with many attendees lining up to spectate and take part – it was a lot harder than it looked, but great fun!
A huge congratulations to everyone who was nominated and to the winners on the evening!
