We split this talent pool into segments based on their product speciality so when need someone with expertise in a niche portfolio, we can find them quickly.  

We work with a lot of clinical professionals like Dental Nurses, Treatment Coordinators and Practice Managers who have 5-10 years’ experience in the market and are keen to progress into a Territory Manager/ more commercial role. These candidates are very hungry and can be adapted to the role because they already have the market knowledge, product expertise and interpersonal skills, saving you time training & integrating them into the business.
