Account Manager
Role Overview
The Account Manager will drive sales of the full Extremities & Trauma product range (Foot & Ankle, Hand & Wrist, Orthopaedic Trauma) across the South Midlands. The role combines commercial responsibility with clinical engagement, providing expert support to surgeons and theatre teams while organising educational initiatives such as workshops and training sessions.

Role Requirements
Maintain expert knowledge of the Extremities & Trauma portfolio.
Develop and execute territory plans to drive sales and achieve targets.
Support internal and external customers with clinical and technical expertise.
Conduct product training for surgeons, theatre staff, and colleagues.
Attend theatres to provide hands-on support during procedures.
Assist in organising cadaveric and sawbone workshops.
Person Specifications
Ideally, candidates will have previous extremities or trauma sales experience or relevant clinical experience.
Wider orthopaedic sales experience is also highly desirable.
Strong commercial awareness and understanding of the healthcare market.
Excellent communication, presentation, and selling skills.
Package
Base salary up to £46,000
Commission: 12% of quarterly growth of the E&T portfolio within the territory.
