Account Manager
Role Overview
You will drive sales growth and customer engagement by promoting the full product portfolio, developing strong relationships with key decision-makers, and executing marketing initiatives to enhance brand visibility and market presence.

Zenopa is partnered with a huge global player in the in vitro diagnostics market. They offer software, tools, and reagents that help identify the source of contamination and illness in order to enhance patient health. Their portfolio is utilised for the diagnosis of viral illnesses and producing accurate findings for cardiovascular problems and cancer screening.
Role Requirements
Organise, support, and attend marketing events across the cluster.
Develop in-depth knowledge of customer sites, competitors, and market trends, ensuring accurate information is captured in CRM.
Achieve or exceed annual sales targets by identifying and developing new business opportunities.
Prepare and manage quotations and tenders in line with pricing strategies and purchasing agreements.
Respond to quote and tender requests in compliance with commercial and company policies.
Utilise business tools effectively, including CRM, CPQ, OPERA, Excel, and other relevant systems.
Person Specifications
A Bachelor’s degree in Science, Business, or a related discipline is desirable.
Previous experience in sales and/or a laboratory environment is preferred.
Strong understanding of the company’s product portfolio, market landscape, and competitive environment.
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities effectively, both independently and as part of a team.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
