You will deliver a range of clear, accurate and creative content for Pharmaceutical companies in and around Cheshire.

Role Requirements

Be willing to spend 2/3 days per week at the Cheshire head office.
Lead the delivery of multiple projects in accordance with individual project briefs and overall account priorities.
Apply knowledge and understanding of the pharmaceutical industry to address client needs.
Build influential relationships with clients through the application of strategic thinking.
Collaborate with others to identify needs and opportunities for expansion of business through organic account growth.
Review work from medical writers to ensure consistent quality of work and client strategic insights are delivered across projects.

Person Specifications

PhD or MSc in a Science related Degree (preferably life science) is desired
Proven scientific project leadership in a medical communications agency environment
Proven experience in the development/mentoring/coaching of junior colleagues
Extensive knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry, particularly medical affairs
Strong financial acumen
