Business Development Manager
Role Overview
This is an opportunity for a motivated and ambitious Business Development Manager. You will be working with the London-based team and influencing the direction of the commercial team. A typical day could include conducting cold calling sessions, visiting practices on-site, leading quarterly strategy sessions with key stakeholders, and driving growth initiatives.

Role Requirements
You will be responsible for:
– Engaging with new dental practices and grow your portfolio by enhancing their usage of the platform. This is a proactive role where you will need to take ownership of the full sales cycle
– Overseeing the full sales process, from identifying and pursuing new opportunities to securing contracts and maintaining relationships with dental practice owners and managers
– Conducting outbound activities, such as tapping into referrals and executing cold-calling strategies
– Signing up new dental practices to the platform while also boosting the revenue generated from existing clients
This role is high-volume and commercial, requiring the effective management of numerous practice owners and managers.
Person Specifications
– Experience selling to dental practice owners and managers is a requirement
– Success in this role requires being highly organised and adept at prioritising tasks to maximise efficiency
– Experience in both face-to-face and remote selling, with a willingness to travel across the UK as necessary.
– The role demands someone who is highly coachable, quick to learn, and able to adapt in a fast-changing environment
– We are looking an ambitious individual who is eager to work hard and make a significant impact on the team and the business
– To be based in the UK and able to commute to our London (Hoxton) office on a Monday, Wednesday and Friday
