The company works on a number of revolutionary healthcare areas such as vaccines and Immune-oncology.
Role Requirements
The role will include: operational management of multiple webinar programmes , acting as internal point of contact between teams and clients, using the project management system for managing workload, webinar reporting , management of client lists & providing weekly client reports.
Person Specifications
We are looking for someone who:
– A strong graduate with experience from a commerical intenrship or part time role or someone with 6- 12 months working in a B2B environment in an account exec or operations role
– Can show evidence of exceptional attention to detail and customer focus
– Has experience of a busy, face-paced and varied role, showing excellent time management and multi-tasking skills
– Can quickly build a strong working knowledge of our website and webinar platforms (amongst others) in order to deliver excellent service to our clients and identify new ways to deliver our services.
There will be a 2 stage interview (1 in person element) and the possibility of a small task.
