Commercial Manager - Ophthalmology
Role Overview
You will be the lead commercial expert for this product area, responsible for driving sales, developing customer relationships, and supporting the successful launch of three new ophthalmology products.

Our client are the UK subsidiary of a well-known global organisation, with market leading products across their specialities. Their UK team is collaborative and entrepreneurial, with a focus on building stronger brand visibility and customer engagement.
Role Requirements
Driving sales growth across the ophthalmology portfolio, achieving and exceeding revenue targets.
Building strong relationships with new and existing customers (opticians, hospital teams, ophthalmologists and pharmacies).
Engage with Key Opinion Leaders across the ophthalmology market.
Identifying market opportunities and monitoring competitor activity and customer needs to inform commercial strategy.
Recommend and help to coordinate conferences and events that will enhance brand visibility.
Representing the company at national conferences, exhibitions and customer meetings.
Influence and shape commercial strategy – prioritising key focus areas and identifying growth opportunities.
Work closely with the marketing team to develop digital marketing campaigns.

Person Specifications
Proven sales experience within ophthalmology.
An established network within the market.
Ability to drive sales growth and manage a national territory.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
