Role Overview
You will be speaking directly to dentists and practice managers, answering any questions or concerns they may have while increasing sales of implants, biomaterials, prosthetics and instruments.

Role Requirements
Create a quality customer experience over the phone, whether they want to place an order, have a query, or wish to make a return.
Design and execute call campaigns to drive cross-selling and up-selling of products.
Support in ensuring successful order fulfilment, including organisation and inventory of products.
Engage and collaborate on Marketing activities
Distribute relevant product information to increase customer engagement and encourage sales.
Person Specifications
1-3 years of customer service and sales experience
Dental nurse/hygienist/technician experience may be a benefit
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Ability to speak Swedish is preferable (not required)
