Dental Compliance Manager
Role Overview
The compliance manager will be required to look after a certain number of dental practices to carry out remote compliance.
Company Information
Zenopa are looking for a new Dental Compliance Manager (remote) to join our client’s team. This is a newly created role to support our client’s growth in the dental industry.
Role Requirements
· Will be focused on completing policy and procedures and reviewing audits and risk assessments for practices.
· One-to-one sessions with dental practices to give monthly reviews.
· Delivering practice meetings and one-to-ones.
· Building and maintaining rapport with clients/practices.
· Working independently and meeting deadlines.
Person Specifications
· 3-years’ management experience within the dental industry (practice manager/area manager).
· Good knowledge on dental compliance.
· Must be self-motivated due to the role being remote.
· The ability to keep on top of everything and excellent time management skills.
· To be confident and outgoing
· Strong attention to detail
· Technologically inclined
