Role Overview
They are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Digital Product Specialist to join their product team. The ideal candidate will work closely with the Chief Product Officer/ Product Lead to define and execute the product strategy, manage the product lifecycle, and deliver innovative digital solutions that meet customer needs and drive business growth.
The Digital Product Specialist will be responsible for the end-to-end management of digital products, from ideation to launch and beyond. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong technical skills, an understanding of user experience, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Role Requirements
– Collaborate with the CPO/ Product Lead to develop and execute a comprehensive product strategy and roadmap that aligns with the company’s goals and market demands.
– Participate into developing the entire product lifecycle from concept to launch, including defining product requirements, creating user stories.
– Communicate product vision, strategy, and progress to internal stakeholders and external partners including senior management, team members, and customers.
Person Specifications
– Knowledge of UX/UI design principles and practices.
– Strong understanding of software development processes, agile methodologies, and user experience design principles.
– 3-5 years of experience in product management in a digital or technology-driven environment.
