Role Overview
Responsible for managing pharmaceutical procurement across Europe, ensuring best pricing, full import compliance, and effective supply chain coordination.

Our client is a specialist in the parallel import of branded pharmaceuticals, medicines, devices and more; offering a robust supply chain to all sectors of the healthcare industry, helping the NHS reduce costs by supplying at preferential prices.
Role Requirements
Keep forecasts updated and prepared for monthly review
Liaise with suppliers to confirm purchase order expectations
Coordinate with EU buyers to source best cost and correct volumes
Negotiate prices and manage supplier relationships
Ensure regulatory compliance, including ECMA checks and customs clearance
Communicate supply changes internally (e.g. shortages, pricing shifts)
Person Specifications
Experience managing accounts or relationships in healthcare
Strong negotiation skills and commercial awareness
Accurate and methodical approach to forecasting and invoice approval
Ability to meet monthly deadlines for reports and planning
Proactive in communication and problem solving
Package
£35,000 – £40,000 basic salary
£10,000 annual bonus
