Role Overview

This is a brand-new position designed to elevate training and events experiences. You’ll be the driving force behind coordinating professional training sessions and managing impactful events that showcase products and expertise.

Role Requirements

Organise and deliver training events for healthcare professionals.
Manage delegate bookings, hospitality, and post-event feedback.
Coordinate trade shows, including stand setup, AV equipment, catering, and giveaways.
Support marketing with materials and event promotion.
Handle logistics: venue sourcing, hotel bookings, contract negotiations, and shipping equipment.
Assist with internal events such as national sales meetings and socials.

Person Specifications

Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar events or training coordination role.
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
Creative flair (experience with Adobe Suite or Canva is a plus).
Confident with IT tools and MS Office; CRM experience desirable.
Experience in B2B OR B2C events.
Hands-on, proactive attitude – ready to roll up your sleeves.
Full UK driving licence.
