Role Overview

You will install, service, and maintain a variety of dental and digital imaging equipment, ensuring high first-time fix rates and excellent customer satisfaction while working closely with a small, collaborative engineering team.

Role Requirements

Performing pre-planned maintenance, servicing, installations, and repairs on a range of advanced equipment, including CAD/CAM systems, X-ray machines, and digital dental software.
Expanding your expertise by working on diverse equipment such as dental chairs, suction pumps, and autoclaves to support the team’s growth.
Striving for a high first-time fix rate while empowering customers with knowledge about our portfolio.
Traveling to local customer sites, ensuring that you’re always nearby to provide top-notch service.
Collaborating closely with a team of four service engineers to deliver exceptional service and enhance customer retention.

Person Specifications

A passionate engineer with hands-on experience.

Package

Bonus – £500 a quarter (subject to increase upon probation).
Pension (Employer 5%, Employee 3%).
Company Van (Diesel).
25 days annual leave + BH.
40-hour week + regional travel.
