Role Overview

You will service, repair, and maintain decontamination systems across healthcare and life science sites in the Cambridge and Norwich region, with occasional national travel.

Zenopa have partnered with a global leader in the decontamination field. Our client is part of an international manufacturing organisation that supplies highly engineered decontamination equipment and services to the healthcare, pharmaceutical, laboratory and research sectors. They specialise in a range of equipment including Steam Sterilisers, Instrument Washer Disinfectors, Endoscope Washer Disinfectors, and Steam Generation Plants.

Role Requirements

Service and maintain steam sterilisers, washer disinfectors, and related decontamination systems
Diagnose faults and complete effective repairs
Support customer satisfaction with expert guidance and hands-on maintenance
Work across healthcare, pharmaceutical, and research environments
Travel regionally and nationally as required

Person Specifications

Electrical engineering background (apprenticeship-trained or skilled by experience)
CPD or HTM qualifications
Experience with steam systems, compressors, pumps, or automation
Strong time management and communication skills
Full, clean UK driving licence

Package

Up to £45,000 depending on experience
Company vehicle (van or estate car)
Annual bonus of £1,250
Pension scheme (3% employer / 5% employee)
23 days holiday + bank holidays (rising to 28 with service)
Daily meal allowance (£25 dinner, £5 lunch)
Death in service benefit
Initial and ongoing training and development
