Role Overview

You will service and repair autoclaves across the Midlands, manage vehicle stock, identify sales opportunities, and provide regional service cover as needed.

Company Information

Our client is an Autoclave manufacturer, their main market in the UK is Dental. They have been in the industry for in excess of 30 years. They have a large customer base in the UK and are a growing business. The company is at the forefront of decontamination technologies within Dental, Veterinary, Podiatry, Tattoo, Lab and Beauty markets.

Role Requirements

Performing routine maintenance and repair of products such as autoclaves throughout the Midlands.
Maintaining vehicle stock levels to enable effective and efficient servicing of equipment.
Identifying and forwarding sales opportunities to internal sales teams on a continuing basis in line with company procedures.
Engineer will provide cover to adjacent area, during holiday and sickness periods.
Understanding customers’ needs with respect to Service deliverables.

Person Specifications

Have at least 1 year experience of servicing equipment in a customer facing environment.
Ability to communicate well with customers and colleagues on all levels.
Demonstrate a high degree of flexibility to ensure the company delivers its commitments.

Package

Up to £30,000.
Company Van (Peugeot Partner) – can be used for personal use.
Royal London Pension – 5% employer contribution.
25 days’ annual leave + bank holidays.
