Install, maintain, and support a portfolio of medical equipment including microscopes, stack systems, cameras, and software platforms for customers across the South East.

Zenopa have partnered with a UK-based company specializing in the distribution of medical and dental equipment. Established in 1987, the company offers a comprehensive range of products, including microscopes, endoscopes, and diagnostic instruments, serving healthcare professionals across various specialties.

Role Requirements

Perform equipment installations and commissioning at customer sites
Deliver preventative maintenance and repairs on installed systems
Log service work and insights through the CRM platform
Support customers with a high standard of technical service
Collaborate with the wider team to share customer feedback and technical input

Person Specifications

Experience in a field service role with electro-mechanical exposure
Qualified to HNC/HND level or equivalent experience
Familiarity with both hardware and software service tasks
Full UK driving licence
Willingness to travel and stay away overnight as required

Package

Base salary dependent on experience
Bonus (minimum £15K per year)
Company van (Ford Transit LWB)
Mobile phone and laptop provided
BUPA, pension after 12 months
Lunch allowance
20 days holiday (rising annually to 25) + bank holidays
Paid overtime
No on-call requirement
All tools provided
