Field Service Engineer
Role Overview
Install, maintain, and support a portfolio of medical equipment including microscopes, stack systems, cameras, and software platforms for customers across the South East.

Role Requirements
Perform equipment installations and commissioning at customer sites
Deliver preventative maintenance and repairs on installed systems
Log service work and insights through the CRM platform
Support customers with a high standard of technical service
Collaborate with the wider team to share customer feedback and technical input
Person Specifications
Experience in a field service role with electro-mechanical exposure
Qualified to HNC/HND level or equivalent experience
Familiarity with both hardware and software service tasks
Full UK driving licence
Willingness to travel and stay away overnight as required
Package
Base salary dependent on experience
Bonus (minimum £15K per year)
Company van (Ford Transit LWB)
Mobile phone and laptop provided
BUPA, pension after 12 months

20 days holiday (rising annually to 25) + bank holidays
