Role Overview
We are seeking a finance professional who can adapt to a role spanning day-to-day accounting through to operation/tactical financial oversight.

Our head office is located in Penn, High Wycombe, Buckinghamshire, with the option to work from home 1 day per week. Zenopa Ltd offer all roles on either a 4- or 5-day working week.
Role Requirements
· Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records for UK and US entities.
· Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual management accounts.
· Manage the bank reconciliation, accounts payable and receivable processes, ensuring timely payments and collections.
· Process payroll and sales bonus calculations for the UK team.
· Oversee intercompany transactions and ensure correct reconciliations between UK and US offices.
· Prepare and present financial reports to the senior leadership team under the guidance of the finance director.
· Support budgeting, forecasting, and cashflow management.
· Ensure compliance with UK financial regulations and tax requirements.
· Run the firm’s interim and annual audits external accountants, auditors, and tax advisors in both the UK and USA.
Person Specifications
· Proven experience in a finance role (transactional and internal management reporting).
· Strong knowledge of UK accounting practices.
· Experience managing intercompany financial transactions is desirable.
· Ideally, experience within a service-based business is preferred but not essential.
· Proficiency with accounting software, QuickBooks or similar is essential.
· Accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent). Newly qualified and finalists welcome. Strong QBE will also be considered.
· Knowledge of overseas transfer pricing.
· Strong analytical, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
· Advanced user of Microsoft suite including Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
· A proven track record of automating processes.
· Ability to work independently and as part of a small, collaborative team.
Package
· Basic salary of up to £55,000
· 25 days AL – raising a day per year of service complete (up to 30)
