Role Overview
Drive sales growth and business development across the assigned European territory, building strong partnerships within the poultry sector and supporting the launch of innovative new products. You will take ownership of key accounts, distributor relationships, and territory performance, helping customers improve animal health and operational outcomes.

Role Requirements
Manage business development and sales activity across the assigned geographical territory, driving revenue and contribution growth.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key poultry producers, veterinary surgeons, and strategic accounts within the region.
Deliver against territory sales targets through structured account planning and customer engagement.
Develop and implement key account and sales plans aligned to regional business objectives.
Work closely with local distribution partners to maintain effective collaboration and market coverage.
Provide regular activity updates, forecasting, budgeting insight, and market feedback, while representing the business at exhibitions, meetings, and industry events.
Person Specifications
Experience within the poultry market.
Background in distributor management and international or multi-country sales environments.
Commercial sales or key account management experience.
Customer-side experience, such as veterinary background, desirable.
Fluent English essential, with a second European language beneficial, ideally French.
Based near a major EU airport with flexibility to travel regularly.
