Role Overview
As a member of their Senior Leadership team, you will be responsible for the daily management and long term development of your direct reports across the commercial team as Head of Sales and Marketing EMEA for our client.

Role Requirements
Supporting and leading direct report members, making appropriate decisions to ensure both individual and team objectives are met
Overall responsibility of sales, marketing and quotation functions
Drive the vision of sales strategies for the EMEA region, looking after all sales channels
Manage, develop and lead the sales strategy to ensure there is effeciency and effectiveness
Person Specifications
Strong Sales Management skills with the capability to drive results
Strategic thinking; Strong business acumen; Results oriented
Strong interpersonal skills
A sales focus in the Laboratory Research, Biomedical, Healthcare and Life sciences markets
