Field Service Engineer
Role Overview
Support the performance and reliability of analytical instrumentation across critical industrial environments, with a focus on water quality monitoring systems. You will take ownership of commissioning, servicing, and technical support activities, helping customers maintain compliant, efficient, and reliable operations.

Role Requirements
Commission, service, and provide technical support for analytical instrumentation focused on water quality monitoring applications.
Build and maintain strong working relationships across customer sites including power stations, biomass facilities, waste and nuclear plants, industrial operations, and embedded power sites.
Support customers within the drinking water sector as part of the wider territory responsibility.
Develop technical knowledge of TOC instrumentation as part of an expanding product area.
Manage regional field activity, with the majority of work focused across the South East.
Operate within a structured Monday to Friday schedule, with no weekend work or on-call requirements.
Person Specifications
Experience calibrating, servicing, or commissioning water treatment or analytical equipment advantageous.
Previous exposure to power station environments desirable.
Background working with analytical instrumentation preferred.
Process-driven and comfortable working independently across customer sites.
Strong technical problem-solving and customer communication skills.
Package
Annual bonus of 10–15% based on HQ KPIs.
