Role Overview
Joining the business as an IT Engineer, your role will focus on providing the technical support to clinical customers within hopsitals and private healthcare laboratories.
Company Information
As a company overview, Zenopa’s client focuses on a variety of lab equipment and cosumables- this includes POCT, Blood Transfusion and Tracking solutions. They have had successes with winning tenders and are on the search for an additional headcount role as an IT Engineer.
Role Requirements
Installation of the softwares (LIMS based).
Maintance and replacement of the software.
Troubleshooting: this entails providing any face to face/remote technical support to customers.
LIMS interface testing.
Person Specifications
Full Irish Driver’s Licence.
ICT Experience- ideally with LIMS. This can be from a customer facing setting, or from the laboratory. This needs to be proficient.
Clinical experience (either dealing with clinical customers or working in a hopsital or private lab yourself).
To summarise, there are two main profiles: either a Clinical Scientist looking to move into their first customer facing IT role, or an experienced Applications/Technical Support candidate working within IVD troubleshooting LIMS platforms (or similar).
