Role Overview
You will install and implement IT products and networking solutions across all business units, working closely with internal stakeholders and customers to manage technical projects and training delivery.

Role Requirements
Install and configure IT products and instrument networks at customer sites
Create, manage and deploy IT project plans with the Solutions Architect
Train customers and internal teams on IT products and platforms
Maintain accurate CRM and technical documentation
Support technical aspects of tenders and cross-functional IT projects
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless installations and system performance
Person Specifications
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in IT or related field
Minimum 3 years’ experience in a technical IT support or implementation role
Experience with networking (Layer 2/3), VPN, virtualisation, and access control systems
Knowledge of Oracle databases and HIS/LIS integration standards
Strong project support and customer-facing skills
