IT Product Specialist – Field-Based
Location: UK (Nationwide Travel 2-3 Days/Week)

Role Requirements
· IT Support: Provide expert assistance to customers, addressing both hardware and software issues.
· System Design & Installation: Plan, configure, and install systems tailored to client needs.
· Customer Training: Deliver impactful training sessions to empower users.
· Site Surveys: Conduct comprehensive IT site surveys to ensure seamless integration of solutions.
· Collaboration: Actively participate in product meetings, contributing valuable insights.
Person Specifications
· A strong customer focus and excellent communication skills.
· Experience troubleshooting IT systems and providing remote support.
· Ability to understand and work with technical and scientific documentation.
· A full, valid driving license (essential for travel).
