IT Technical Specialist
Role Overview
Joining the business as an IT Technical Specialist, this is a key hire to support with current customers in the organisation (around 90% NHS, 10% private labs). This will focus on the troubleshooting and IT support across the UK.

Role Requirements
Responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:
-Remote work (75% of your time) supporting customers through a help desk and virtual support
-Around 25% UK travel to customer sights to do troubleshooting and on sight training with IT hardware
Person Specifications
For this role, there are three ideal requirements, however they are flexible on experience:
-3rd line support or escalation exposure
-IT Hardware usage
-Experience working with the NHS (not essential)
