IT Technical Specialist
Role Overview
You will provide remote IT support through a help desk, assisting customers with troubleshooting and technical issues. Additionally, you will travel within the UK to deliver onsite support, including hardware troubleshooting and IT training.

Provide remote support (75% of the time) through a help desk and virtual assistance.
Travel within the UK (25% of the time) for onsite troubleshooting and IT hardware training.

3rd line support or escalation exposure.
