Laboratory Territory Manager
Role Overview
This role will be responsible for increasing existing KA and converting competitor KA across the entire dental portfolio; this role is to build outstanding relationships with KA, to retain and convert competitive business and generate new Sales.
It will also be responsible for a select number of pre-defined competitor accounts, incentivised on business growth in pre-determined competitor & existing accounts.
On the other hand, this role will execute the strategy for key accounts as outlined by Senior management and action the plan, and coordinate with multiple touchpoints within the organisation, management sales team etc. to ensure above expectations service level, and relationship management.
Role Requirements
• Responsible for Mapping of dental chains, corporates, buying groups (DSO), hospitals and institutes in the marketplace (trends, competition, etc.) in their respective area of responsibility.
• Initiate and follow up relationships to understand size, business model, business potential, current providers and unmet needs for dental implant, regenerative and lab offerings both analog and digital.
• Define segmentation, opportunities and set priorities in addressing this new multiple customer segment.
• Construct a yearly plan based on the input from the budget & opportunities outlining the strategies and tactics for achieving the sales and acquisitions.
• Lead and coordinate the execution of penetration plan to hospitals, including tenders.
• Provide strategic significance within the UK&IR and ensure the significant growth aspirations of the Organisation.
• Report to National KAM, this role requires ongoing and concise reporting to ensure accurate focus is maintained in these KA.
• Upon successful conversion of competitor accounts, this individual will be responsible for the implementation and hand-over of the account, and work alongside with the local Territory Manager to ensure the strategy & plan is implemented.
• Set up customer specific business plan in collaboration with the account in order to develop the account and to get to a strategic partnership.
• Negotiate directly with large purchasing organizations in order to acquire them as customers and gain market share in this segment.
• Build up best practices in working with these large organizations and increase our conversion rate over time through applying lessons learnt but also through testing new ideas.
• Responsible for the sales effectiveness to optimize resources and prioritize investments – They will participate in monthly updates with the management team on their conference call.

Person Specifications
• Significant Sales Experience is essential, preferably in dentistry. Proven track record of achieving Sales targets
